Monday night pick
In possibly the shocker of the year, I’m actually going to go over .500 on my NFL picks for the week. I also beat Clay Fowler and his homies Lingo and Overton this week. I’ll credit those fools for inspiring me to greatness and proving what I’ve already known since I started working here – I may stink, but I’m better than Fowler.

Hesperia-Serrano on Saturday
After talking to Hesperia coach Robert Kistner today, I was told that the Hesperia-Serrano game will be played on Saturday rather than Friday at Snowline Stadium in Phelan. The game time will be at 7 p.m., as it was scheduled to be on Friday.
