Philipp, Brehaut big movers in Rivals 100

The regard for Arroyo Valley offensive lineman Michael Philipp and Los Osos quarterback Richard Brehaut continued to grow, as both were ranked in the Rivals 100 that came out today.

Philipp, who has offers from the entire Pac-10 besides USC and Colorado, while also receiving interest from the Trojans and Michigan, is ranked No. 36 in the nation right now, a slight bump up from his No. 37 ranking before the summer.

Brehaut, a UCLA verbal commit, shot up 84 places from No. 137 in the spring to No. 53. His move up the ranks was definitely aided by an exemplary performance in the Elite 11 quarterback came in late July, where Brehaut won nearly every accuracy mark and finished second in the camp MVP voting to Georgia commit Aaron Murray.
