A blueprint for disaster
In the past several weeks, the NY Times has rolled out long features on
key players who created the current economic crisis. Last week, it was Alan Greenspan. This weekend it was Bill Clinton's top administration's top housing official in the mid-1990s, Henry Cisneros:
