Online learning offers a wealth of opportunities

There was a time when I didn't trust much of anything I saw on the Internet.

Statistics? They were probably all made up. Businesses? I was certain they were all out to rip me off - scrambling to get whatever money I had in my pockets or my bank account. But as time moved on I softened my stance and found that a lot of the information I saw online was, in fact, correct.

Now there are obviously still con artists operating online. That goes without saying. And I'm sure there is some questionable information being given out - particularly in blog-land. But over the past several years I've found a lot of very reliable - and useful - information on the Internet.

And so have users of ToolsToLife.com.

The Web site is designed as an online self-help resource for everything from losing weight and quitting smoking to conflict resolution and investment and budget tools. Founder Devlyn Steele describes his cyber enterprise as "an online self-development educational platform with a social network wrapped around it."

A portion for jobseekers provides a service that can help them hone their resumes, write more effective cover letters and get help from experts and peers in a variety of fields.

Sounds like a good way to learn.

The internet is about the best thing that is so useful in every way. It is now easier to bank, start a business and cheaper to shop. I love the internet...its the world at my finger tips.
