He smells like dirt (part 2)

Got this photo from a reader. Obviously I don't know if this bear actually smelled like dirt, I just assume so.
Here's the note that came with the photo:
Hello

Just read your article In Star News about a bear killed in Bradbury.
I thought I send you this picture I took last Sunday night.

This bear was seen in my back garden, (200 block of N.Bradoaks Ave,
Monrovia), early evening of Sunday, July8th
Since our back yard is on Bradbury/Monrovia border, it is possible
that this maybe the lastmoment of that bear alive.
