A parolee detectives described as a "dirtbag" was arrested by Pasadena Police Monday night after witnesses claimed he was molesting a young girl.
The molestation apparently took place in a parked car outside the C.H.A.P clinic on North Fair Oaks. Danny Young, 30, is in custody. The little girl and her two sisters were left with their mom after DCS determined they are in no danger, officials said.

I don't understand why child molestors are set free. These kind of cases should be as severe as murder cases
