Other takes on the Diamond Bar Homicide/Suicide
KABC's Leo Stallworth posted an interesting story on this case. Looks like he had an in with the detectives in the case who gave him most of the information on background (notice the lack of named sources ...there's a lot of "officials said.")
There's also an anonymous comment attached to the story below that seems to indicate there was no suicide note, but a phone call.
I'm definitely making calls Monday on this deal...

Jason had NO enemies ONLY true friends! The press and his so called girlfriend are already stating stuff that isn't true just to get hits on the news site. Jason was and always be looked up highly too if you were a true friend. He never had a mean side to him. However, love through lies and deceit will drive any normal crazy...somebody is going to live everyday of their live know that they were the centerpoint of this all. May God forgive Jason and his doings and may we only think about the happy times we spent with the two we all just lost.

Those of you posting that jason was a great guy may have not known him that well as we all have found out. Sure you may have had some fond memories with him and i suggest you keep those memories close to you. However there is a fine line between normal and phsycotic and the actions he took were just plain animalistic. You can sit back and try to look for someone to blame for this. The girl is an easy target. But what is she guilty of? Being a bad girlfriend. What girls have you been dating. Matters of the heart cannot be explained here except that Jason took it to far. He deserves to rot in hell for taking an innocent life and for taking his own. He has caused grief and sorrow for three familys and all thier friends. You may think you knew him, but know one really did. He could have just walked away if he was being mistreated, instead he did what an animal does. No blame is needed to be sought any further than jason. You can say what you want. Everyone would be still alive and he could of moved on and done great things for himself, but he and only he decided to do what he did and this is a great tragedy for all involved. My heart goes out to Michelle and her family, Josh and his family and Greg and his family. They will have to live with this sad event the rest of their lives. I think that these familys will have a lot of healing to do, and I hope that GOD gives one and all the strength to get through the days, months and years it will take to do just that. Life is valuable. Jason had no right and no justification to what he did, and if anyone thinks or tries to justify his actions as someone elses doing is sick him or herself.

Jason had ALOT of enemies, get your head out of the sand! He had no real friends, just people that he used and then he moved on. He was too weak to face Greg when he was awake and could defend himself. This was a premeditated attack on a defenseless person, what a great friend to have! Good riddance to a piece of trash like that. Jason was an educated piece of trash. He knew that there was no way, NO WAY, that he was gonna ever get out of beating these charges, on top of all his drug trafficking charges. He had two strikes against him and once he crossed that line and committed murder, there was no turning back. He was done. Yeah, learn a little about this guy before you go defending him. There was no excuse for what he did. He's gonna fry for all eternity for this crime. Hope it was worth it.

Yes what Jason did was wrong but what the girl has been doing for years is just as evil. She used Jason for every penny should could get her greedy non-educated hands on. Because of Jason the girl never had to work a "real" job, she never had to worry about money, she never had to worry about a place to live, she never had to worry about food on the table, she never had to worry about ANYTHING at all. I heard Jason even bought her a brand new car that she completley wrecked a few months later. Isn't it kind of odd that in the reports in the paper it states the girl lived with the new guy but in all honesty the girl had all of her belongings at Jason's house and she would be there Monday through Friday until it was party time on the weekend. Come on she pulled a fast one on everybody and the sad outcome was she drove Jason to the point of no return and committing the most horrible act of murder. God forgives and he will let Jason's and Greg's souls rest in peace. As for the girl.... i heard she may do some time for also contributing to the grow house. There's a lot of people out there that know the truth about that situation and hopefully they come forth because she's not innocent when it comes to the drug trafficing from what my source tells me.

in case you haven't really read, they havent confirmed he's the murderer. i am sure he is but i'm sure she helped cover it up. if she found greg dead 15 min after he was shot then why would she wait till 6 to call and pretend to be a neighbor. she's a dumb bitch
