While proofing pages Thursday night, I noticed a familiar face in the Pasadena obits string – Liya “Jessie” Lu. Looks like her memorial service is set for Saturday in Pasadena at 9:45 a.m. at Hill Avenue Grace Lutheran Church, 73 N. Hill Avenue, according to the obit.
The obit apparently ran in the paper but not on line.
