We get mail

I got this e-mail earlier today and thought it would work well posted here:

Do you do your blog via voice-recognition software?  Sometimes your headlines say Bolen Parque and the story says Baldwin Park.  I just wondered if it’s a software glitch or some new nickname I’m unaware of.

Also, FYI, it is Rio Hondo College.  They dropped the “community” long ago.
As for Bolen Parque, Crime Scene uses it because it's fairly commonly used in Baldwin Park to describe the city, especially by its residents. (Try googling the term) The reference to Rio Hondo came directly from an FBI press release, so Crime Scene can take no credit for it. Thanks for the mail.
