Miller v Lopez Day 4

| | Comments (3) |
Accusations between parties continued to fly on Thanksgiving Eve. With the Millers asking for phone records and banking information, while the Lopez's provided tons of information.
Obviously the question remains, Where's Jennifer, George and the boys?
Miller's accusations seem to point to a possible flight from the country.
Lopez told me late yesterday, that he has the passports...........
The sheriff's department says they're looking in Vegas ...Of course up until Wednesday they said they were looking for a car that wasn't "missing."

The bottom line is that the children's whereabouts are not known and that is their best protection.

How does Jennifer plan to educate her children, get them medical and psychological services? When and how she removed them from their home guarantees they will need help in adjusting.

It was wrong for her to take the law in to her hands when she did not get her way in court on a temporary order that allowed her visitation during the interim.

She took one car that was "dumped". Her father, Jude Lopez Sr is saying that he does not expect to see the children for 5 years and is also quoted that he did not want Jennifer to tell him where she was so he would not have to lie to the police.

With NO other evidence this indicates that this was not a spur of the moment decision on the part of Jennifer and her husband. This really does not help her cause. Every minute that she is gone weakens her position further. It is tarnishing her parent's reputations.
Please come home Jennifer. For your children. Don't make things worse that they are.

Why was Rep. Miller awarded partial custody and has been able to use the Tribune to exclusively get his side of the story out? Sounds like someone is using their considerable political muscle.
