People say the problem is generational old gang members dictating or mentoring to crazier younger ones.
The city seems to think the problem is solved if they just get the young ones.
How about the ones that are in their 40’s and 50’s
still selling and using drugs? What examples.

The city should have more activities (baseball, football, etc..)and should have police officers participate. I believe the city would probably have less crimes and have more teenagers educate themself.
