Brothers in court
It was a family affair in Pomona Court today as the Canizalez and Morones families went through Superior Court arraignments for felony aiding and abetting.
El Monte residents Martin Morones and Robert Canizalez are accused of participating in a street race that resulted in the death of Dora Groce and her children Robert, 8, and Catherine, 3.
Brothers of both men are accused of helping Morones flee the crime scene and stay gone for several days.
All have entered not guilty pleas in the case.
