Lopez v. Miller (day 42)

| | Comments (11) |

I received the email below from Jude Lopez this a.m. As you might remember Lopez's daughter Jennifer Dejongh  her boyfriend and her three children fled their DIamond Bar home after she was ordered to relinquish custody of the children to U.S. Rep. Gary Miller and his wife Cathy.

The Millers are the paternal grandparents of Lopez's three boys. Their son is the boys' father. Authorities said they believe Dejongh fled to Las Vegas, but if Lopez's letter is accurate, they really have no idea where she might be. MIller has not commented on the case since it was originally reported.

Here's the email.

I came to Boston to visit my nephew and attend a conference on Battered Women in Albany, New York when I discovered that I was in a police state not unlike Nazi Germany.  Upon my arrival at Logan International Airport in Boston Massachusetts, I was picked up by my nephew Anthony Norton.

The police followed us to his apartment.  My nephew went down the block to get me some coffee.  Five minutes later, two U. S. Marshals and six officers of the Boston Police Department came into his home and began searching the premises and questioning me on the whereabouts of the children and my daughter.

They detained and searched my nephew (in front of the Dunkin Donuts a block from his home) for weapons and kept him in a police car and questioned him for an hour.  After we showed them proof of our intentions in Boston, they left after apologizing for the intrusion.

We were followed to the conference which was 173 miles away.  And, we were watched at the hotel where the conference was being held.  We were also followed on the way back to my nephew's apartment on Sunday evening. I don't know what else in in store for me or my nephew.

I plan to go back to my home in Diamond Bar, CA on Monday but that may be delayed because of inclement weather.  If anyone thinks they have any privacy rights, they better think again.  Congressman Gary Miller will use his money and influence to destroy you if you cross him even if it violates your constitutional rights.

Mr. Lopez seems to miss the point that his daughter and son-in-law are in violation of the Miller's and his grandchildren's rights. Not to mention breaking the law.

The Lopez' have most likely forfeited their rights as well, since they probably know where their daughter is hiding. That is why they and their family are being watched and interrogated.

This guy and his family need to wake up.

Wow. That's a slippery slope. Because your family member is accused of committing a crime, you lose your rights to privacy, a presumption of innocence, etc?

How many good folks in the bad parts of town would lose their rights just because their idiot kid became a gangster while they were working two jobs to put food on the table?

Scary stuff.

There is no comparison! There are children involved here and the courts have already deemed them better off with the father, hence his getting custody.

There is no accusation, she took the children, thus breaking the law. The authorities are just following up on all leads to get those children back and safely.

I see no breach of "Privacy". They are just doing their job in looking for the children.

Questioning and searching was not a breach of Mr. Lopez' privacy. If he really did not know where his daughter was, he should have willingly complied and been relieved that they are still looking for HIS "Missing" daughter and grandchildren.

All U doltz in Miller's corner. Jude did not take the children. Jude has said he does not know where his daughter is. When did we loose our "innocent until proven guilty?"

Why did they have to follow him and search the house in Boston? Because Miller is using the millions of $s he has reportedly not paid in taxes to bury this and harrasse poor man.

Why isn't the IRS searching Miller's house for the paperwork that could point to the millions Miller has "stolen" from the coifers of the USA by not paying his taxes on properties sold and claimed as eminents domains when these were not as told by the cities he sold them to? I'll tell you why, because some of you WHITES can call the shots and still try to keep the minorities down but we's coming strong and one day we will be the majority and rule over you because this is our land, land of the native people and we will not stop until we get it back, with the good lords help.

Jude is a victim too. And for that person who said the custody when to the father, it did not, because that guy was said to be al alcoholic drugattic who cant keep a job down and whose father, garry miller, did not teach him how to be a man, responsible for a family and how to hold down a job because being a politician is the easy way out to steal money from poor saps who donate it to you because they dont have any sense either. That millers family like to take advantage of people and at least someone, i.e. the beautiful Jennifer, finally put her foot down and said she was not going to take the abuse any more because sometimes the law does not see who is the real victim and in this case they made a grave mistake and the law was not followed.

It's pretty sad that racism had to enter this tragedy too.

Much of this local area south of Los Angeles is represented by Latino's. They play the "White" man's game, and if you have a difference of opinion with them, forget it, you get harassed, stalked, followed, and watched. I know I have been dealing with it for 2 years, 7 months.

Lopez family "Welcome to my World"

It's more than unfortunate that any "AMERICAN" has to deal with this.

I hope the Lopez/Miller situation gets resolved for the sake of the truly innocent, the children.

This story is heartbreaking. Jude, if you cared about the future of your grandkids, stop publicly airing their problems. The courts have found your daughter unfit to care for these children; and kidnapping them only reinforces this finding. Stop trying to retry your daughter’s case through the media. Nothing good will come of it except to further damage the psychological wellbeing of these three kids.

So if you are a congressman you get to legally stalk your former in laws and kidnap your grand kids for the sake of your allegedly drug addled son. Nice. It is all about wealth and power.

Gary Miller is one of the 20 Most Corrupt Members of Congress. He is a proven liar, a cheat and his corruption as a human being runs deep. Soon JUSTICE will expose him and let it be known to Mr. Miller - "Be sure your sin will find you out."
