Monterey Park death a domestic violence case

The dead woman is identified as Ana Maria Raigoza. She was shot to death last night. Police are looking for her husband Aaron Raigoza, a person of interest in the case.

Ana Maria worked at LAUSD downtown, according to reporter Amanda Baumfeld.

Raigoza had apparently left the Monterey Park police station just before she was shot to death. MPPD are not releasing domestic violence call logs for the Raigoza residence....they apparently want to give most of their information to FOX News this afternoon at 4 p.m.

You guys are always blogging about cops not giving you info. Stop it already. Why don't you have your big wig, big money editors do their job and head out to the police stations talk to the chiefs (cheives??) and tell them you are not going to take it any more or you will keep pouting like you do here every day.

It seems that the Times, FOX 11 etc.. always gets the story, but for some reason, you always complain about not getting to the bottom of cops info.

This looks to me like a case of disrespect. You guys are not respected by those coppers maybe because you don't demand respect.

Get some hard asses in there to turn the screws on the chiefs and you'll see how their tune will change. Buck up and demand your rights.

That's some interesting advice from someone who chooses to comment anonymously.

Frank,
Does your comment imply that publically demanding, "COPPERS do the job we pay them to do", might result in some retribution?

Um...those comments at 5:58 and 5:59 did not come from me. I would never attach you and you know it.
Check the IP address with this one and you know that it is not me. I can promise you I can account for my wherabouts at that time and I was no where near a computer.
