It figures that he would get away with it. He has a scholarship and is Muirs star athelete...anything to not ruin his record. Sadly, this is probably not the first nor the last time that he will get away with a crime. Will he ever learn his leason? No. Instead of being a good citizen he has proven to be trash....attacking others simply because of their race? What a great example to our children that look up to athletes.
These attacks on hispanics by the african american youngsters really should be looked into further. Why are they doing this? Is it justified? Well from his lack of punishment and responsibility of these crimes I would guess it is ....at least from his point of view.

brandon lee was also a star athelete from duarte high but unlike youngblood he got gunned down out side his home . some people think just becuase some of these football are star players they cant be gang member like in the case of brandon lee cops failed to say he was an active duroc gang member and that he had got shot the year before . its time for change its time to call out all these thugs who hide out behind there football uniform
The continued, organized attacks on Latinos are very disturbing, and you gotta wonder what sort of organization or even philosophy is behind it. It seems far more widespread than can be explained as spontaneous. Is it being ordered by prison gangs or part of some type of movement? As for Youngblood, time will tell. I hope that the good folks in the community who are speaking out will be there for him and his peers to continue to teach self control and responsibility. May he become a success and bring pride to all of us. May his name never be associated with this type of news story again.
