Frank Girardot is a modern day hero for posting these freaks. Why aren't these guys posted all over the web, newspapers, the frickin telephone poles??It is a known fact that these guys are hardly EVER rehabilitated. Free up some space in prison by letting some pot smoking moms out and keep these guys in forever!
