I think it is strange that so much weight is given to this 730 evaluation in this blog. Is what they are saying about it even true? What happened to client patient confidentiality? How did Mr. Lopez even get a copy of this? I think it is illegal to disseminate these finding and further more, the attorney can’t even provide a copy of this to his or her clients. Maybe that is why Yahoo pulled it. I was also curious as to what the donations are going toward on that save the kids site because the kids and the mom are gone and I can’t imagine what legal fees they would have when nobody can find them. I wonder if Mr. Lopez is using that money for himself. Does he have a non profit organization or will he be claiming this as income on his taxes?

Whatever your name, Mr. Lopez or Thomas A. your grammar and spelling proves it is the less than educated who support the Lopez family. Funny, too, how Justice for all makes the same kind of grammatical errors. It just seems odd to me that nearly all entries pertaining to this case which support the Lopez clan appear to be written by less than intelligent individuals. I wonder if it is all the same person or if it is a family trait. I only say family because I am convinced that they would be the only people who would stand by and support this nonsense. You people sound so stupid and ignorant! This case is SO sad for three innocent children, where both parents are extremely messed up. Who knows what is the best for them at this point. So sad!

The point is that it is obvious that the many attacks which target the Miller family are often written by the same person trying to make it appear as though there is so much more support for the Lopez family. As far as this being a soap opera, I suppose the difference is, when this is all said and done, these kids won’t walk off a set but rather into a life which will leave them scarred forever. Again, a soap opera comment would only come from a Lopez family member who looks at this like a Hollywood screen play. That part of the family has always cared about how things look on the outside but just like universal studios, there is a behind the scenes tour that kills the image. Lets not forget, the millers were not given custody but rather a 3 month visitation so that they could be evaluated away from the influence of the mother. An attorney appointed by the court to represent the children’s interest as well as all the experts found this to be a good start. Again, this is not a Hollywood movie and you cannot believe an entire panel of judges, attorneys, doctors, and experts were all in cahoots with the Millers. That is what some may want you to believe because they are trying to make a TV special but let’s look at reality. She didn’t lose her kids. Many parents who live out of state give up summer custody for three months, they don’t go on the run and commit their kids to a life of hiding. Three months with visitation. How many would put your kids through this because of three months. And by the way, the visitation was not with Brian but the grandparents. I remember going to stay with my grandparents for the summer.

I believe Jerome is right only because I know the Miller's grew up in Diamond Bar. Brian only decided to fight for custody after George came into Jenny's life showing the boys what a real, supportive, loving father should be.
