Lone Ranger said:

It's Chris Crowe, the con man from Greenwich, Connecticut in the mid-late 1980s who terrified and frightened animals and young children. He professed to be building a mega-mansion in the tens of millions of dollars on Loch Lane, off North Street in this tony town. Needless to say, same script then and chatter about a serial murderer even then. Well, it seems that Norman Bates has come home.
