ON FEBRUARY 26,2008 THERE WAS A HIT AND RUN ON AT BALDWIN PARK BEHIND THE BASEBALL FIELD (badillo). IF YOU SAW ANYTHING OR KNOW ANY THING AND CAN ID THE DRIVER PLEASE SEND ME AN E-MAIL. THE DRIVER WAS A CADET FOR THE BALDWIN PARK POLICE ANGEL RAMIREZ. HE WAS STILL WORKING AS A CADET DRIVING POLICE CARS (AFTER THE ACCIDENT)AND AFTER INVESTIGATION (3 DAYS LATER) HE WAS FIRED FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND WAS NOT ARRESTED. The police department fired him and yet they did not arrest him. Why did they not arrest him ( no witness ? ) please ! They do not want cancer: well to late Angel Ramirez(former cadet) who did the hit and run and drove police vehicles the next day after the accident. What kind of law enforecement do we have ? Many officers said he should have been fired long time ago. But who are they working for a favor (politician ) or tax payers and keep the people safe like Angel Ramirez againts bars. After all police officers took an oath to protect and serve. (the people / the constitution )
