Two Covina bars under scrutny in Adenhart investigation

The Well and the Redwood Inn, a pair of fine establishments in Covina have been targeted by Fullerton police during their investigation of the drunken driver suspected of killing Los Angeles Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart.

Here’s the gist of the story:

COVINA – The driver charged with three counts of murder, including the death of Los Angeles Angels 22-year-old pitcher Nick Adenhart, was “bar-hopping” in Covina hours before the accident, according to patrons and bartenders.

Andrew Thomas Gallo, 22, of San Gabriel, was scheduled to be arraigned on three counts of second-degree murder Monday. A judge increased bail to $2 million for Gallo who is also charged with felony drunken driving and other counts stemming from the fatal traffic collision.

But Orange County Superior Court Judge Roger B. Robbins continued the arraignment until June 8 at Monday’s hearing. Gallo did not enter a plea.

    Taking custumers home safely. temporaly endsmeat job.
    great human resourse dept. Anyways I am one of those
    that dont have taste buds for drinking. If in your
    car you fell your at home reality your not.Being high
    on any substain and opening a car door, In just that
    your playing with fire with heavy consequence.

    Some people act diffrently when drinking.
    Bad hurtfull vegence > comes anger, ( happy moments
    like party events > comes unmature action. or ether
    both. Like what Andrew Gallo did and who knows how
    many intersections he flew by pass or close calls.

    Its Fullerton PD to investigate along with Covina pd female strippers need to get their act together and
    stop buging people to buy drinks. Also you ether run
    over somebody or you crash hard. Remember it doesnt
    take much to dismember the spinnal cord in a brain in
    a hard crash, And same time brokin bones. Try handle
    same time or you cant. You dont make it
