1976 cold case solved by Baldwin Park PD

Roberto Lozano took nine bullets to the head after cashing a paycheck at a Baldwin Park bar back in 1976. After 33 years, detectives arrested Carmen Garcia in Laredo, Texas when he attempted to purchase a handgun at a pawn shop.
