Fatal crash reported in Walnut
WALNUT -- A man died Thursday when his car struck a light pole and electrical box on Amar Road, authorities said.
The incident was reported shortly after 2:30 p.m. on westbound Amar Road near Meadow Pass Road, Los Angeles County sheriff's Sgt. Mario Estrada said.
The dead man, initially described only as a 41-year-old, was the only person inside his sedan when the crash occurred, the sergeant said. He was pronounced dead a the scene.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation, Estrada said.

i live in walnut i passed by there and i couldnt even tell what kind of car it was cuz it was so mangled..so many idiots speed on amar. many will learn by this hopefully.
The person in that car was my cousin, and I loved him very much. You don't know the circumstances and the situation, so please don't judge. Remember when you point one finger at someone you have three pointing back at yourself..so again don't judge, just pray for the grieving family...

This person was my next door neighboor a couple of years ago and My sister & I consider him to be a very good friend. My heart goes out to the family we know how dear he was to his family they loved him soooooooo much. We are just heart broken to hear of this acciendt. My God give the family and exspecially his mother to continue on and know that God is always in control of all situations.
