Yesenia Gonzalez, 31, of Pico Rivera was killed in the collision, which occurred about 1:35 a.m. on the eastbound 105 Freeway, west of Bellflower Boulevard, California Highway Patrol Officer Justin Vaughan said in a written statement.
"For unknown reasons... Gonzalez walked into traffic lanes and was struck by an unknown vehicle," the statement said.
The vehicle that struck her fled the scene, officials said.

I work at FFI. I was not her friend but i was able to observed her. She seem a woman very hiper and kind but not to friendly. She seem to keep everything to herself. However, I honestly thing she wouldrt be capable of major thing. A good investigation need to get to the bottom of this. For the family, i pray so god gives you all the strenght u need.

I knew yessie when we both worked for unger fabrik, she was the receptionist there. She was a kind and friendly person and great to get along I will miss you dear friend I'm always going to remember you especialy when you made fun of me, you will always be on my prayers.

As we walk our path of life,
we meet people everyday.
Most are simply met by chance.
But, some are sent our way.

These become special friends
who bond we can't explaine;
The ones who understand us
and share our joy and pain.

Their love contains no boudaries.
So, even we are apart.
Their presence enhances us
with a warmth felt in the heart.

This love becomes a passageway,
When even the miles disappear.
And so, these friends, God send our way,
Remain for ever near.

REST IN PEACE MY DEAR FRIEND HOPEFULLY WE WILL MEET AGAIN.

GOD BLESS.
