Man robbed of laptop computer in Santa Fe Springs

SANTA FE SPRINGS — Police are seeking two robbers who stole a laptop computer from a man in Santa Fe Springs early Wednesday.
The crime occurred about 6:15 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 8100 block of Broadway Avenue, Whittier police officials said in a written statement.
The victim was sitting in front of the apartment complex when two men approached, fought with him and wrestled his laptop away, police said.
Police described the robbers as two Latino men with shaved heads wearing white T-shirts and black shorts. One weighed about 150 pounds, and the other was about 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 180 pounds.
They were last spotted fleeing into the apartment complex, according to the statement. Police searched the area but did not find the robbers.
