Bank robbed in Pasadena
PASADENA -- A masked gunman robbed a Citibank branch in Pasadena Friday, police said.
The robbery was reported about 10:45 a.m. at the Citibank branch on California Boulevard, just west of Pasadena Avenue, Pasadena police Lt. Tom Delgado said.
The robber was described as a white man in his 30s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, of medium build, with a dust mask covering his face and a Raiders baseball cap, police said.
"He entered the location and, announced that it was a robbery," Delgado said.
He demanded cash from one teller, placed it in a cloth bag and was last seen fleeing the area west on foot through the parking lot, the lieutenant said.
No injuries were reported, he added.
