Towing fees put $1.2 million into Bolen Parque's city coffers in 2009, so you can see why (in a tough economy) the city needs checkpoints. Read more here.

On the other side, James Hunley isn't the most credible source when it comes to attacking city policies. Hunley was recently arrested for practically stalking the owner of Royal Coaches.
