PASADENA — A group of teenagers robbed two other teenage boys Friday near Washington Park.

The crime took place about 2 p.m. near Los Robles Avenue and Washington Boulevard, but was not reported until late Friday night, Pasadena police Lt. Chris Russ said.

Two 16-year-old boys were walking when they were approached by a group of black teens, ages 16 to 17, the lieutenant said. One of the was on a bicycle.

The group demanded a baseball cap from one of the victims, and cash from the other, he said.

No weapons were seen, and no injuries were reported.
