PICO RIVERA — A stolen car was found abandoned and torched Tuesday, officials said.

The 1990s-model Honda was found ablaze about 2:20 a.m. in the 8200 block of Manzanar Avenue, Los Angeles County sheriff’s Sgt. Tony Romo said.

The car had been reported stolen from Bell Gardens earlier the same night, he said.

No suspect information was available, officials said, and it appeared the car thieves simply stripped the car, abandoned it on the street and set it on fire.
