Monterey Park woman killed in freeway crash in Montebello
A woman killed in a solo-vehicle crash on the 60 Freeway was identified by coroner's officials Thursday as a 46-year-old Monterey Park woman.
Teresa Lynn Cramer died at the scene of the 11:05 a.m. Wednesday crash on the eastbound freeway, just west of San Gabriel Blvd., Los Angeles County Department of Coroner Assistant Chief of Operations Ed Winter said.
Cramer was driving her 1997 Chevrolet Suburban at about 65 mph, according to witnesses, when "for unknown reasons, (Cramer) steered (her vehicle) into the right in an abrupt manner, consequently losing control of the vehicle," California Highway Patrol officials said in a written statement.
"(The vehicle) then overturned several times, ejecting (Cramer) into the roadway."
The crash remained under investigation.

Teresa Cramer( also known as Teresa Cramer Asevo), was like a second mom to me. Teresa and her husband Eric grew up with my dad and were really good friends, this past year i babysat their two children quite a bit, if it wasnt for Teresa i wouldnt of had enough money to go to prom. i love her soo much!
Teresa was my neighbor and everytime she saw me or another neighbor outside we were always greeted with Hi how are you and a smile :) once I ran into Teresa at Smart & Final and she was buying cotton candy for cupcakes she was making for the kids. Teresa didn't care about having to buy a large quantity of 24 for only less than one small bag of cotton candy she needed for the cupcake topping, later that day she gave me and my kids a couple bags of cotton candy :) she was always giving and treated my daughter very good. Teresa is going to be missed and the block is different now without her because she talked to everyone including kids, they would go to her house to play with her kids and they always had fun, my daughter has very good memories of Teresa and the more my daughter tells me the more I see what a wonderful woman Teresa was..

I had the pleasure to know Teresa through my work. She was very professional and always was very pleasant to work with. She spoke proudly of her family. She was a bright light. I am at a loss for words. She certainly lived everyday to its fullest. She was a blessing to all that she touched.
Theresa was lovingly known as "Tweezers" to the retired guys who hung out at JJ's Donut shop in Monterey Park. She was only 46, so we considered her a "kid" because we are all in our 60's and 70's. But she was a lovely person, warm and friendly to all, and was always willing to spend time with us. She will be missed by the crowd at JJ's, and we send our condolences and all our best wishes to her husband, Eric. She was a wonderful lady.
