MONTEREY PARK -- Two armed men wearing ski masks and dark clothing robbed a bank of an undisclosed amount on Friday.
Monterey Park police Lt. Eric Kim said no shots were fired during the takeover robbery at the Los Angeles National Bank, 700 West Garvey Ave. He wasn't sure if anyone was injured.
Kim said the robbers entered the bank at 9:14 a.m., brandished handguns and demanded money.
They took the cash and left. No getaway car was seen.
