WEST COVINA — Officers are looking for the suspect who stabbed another man in the arm during a fight Friday night.

West Covina police Lt. Jerry Pearman said a caller reported a fistfight outside the Cove Cocktail Lounge, 146 S. Glendora Avenue, at 8:42 p.m.

Within a minute, he said the call was changed to a stabbing.

Pearman said officers found a man in his 20s stabbed in the left arm. He was taken to a hospital.

The assailant ran south from the location after the stabbing.

It’s still not known why the two fought. No description of the suspect has been released so far.
