Pedestrian struck by car in La Habra

LA HABRA — A man was in critical condition after being struck by car late Friday, police said.
The pedestrian, whose age and city of residency were unavailable, was struck about 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Lambert Road and Monte Vista Street, La Habra police Sgt. Mel Ruiz said.
The man was rushed to UC Irvine Medical Center where he was listen in critical condition, police said.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation, however the driver of the vehicle had not been arrested, Ruiz said.
No further details were available.
