UPDATED: Teenrobbed at West Covina bus stop

WEST COVINA — A 13-year-old boy at a bus stop was robbed late Wednesday by a man claiming to have a knife.
West Covina police Lt. Jerry Pearman said the victim was as at a bus stop at Valinda and Service avenues about 9:30 p.m. when he was approached by a robber described only as Latino and between 17 and 22 years old.
“(The robber) stated that he had a knife and demanded the victim’s property,” Pearman said. The victim turned over his money, and the robber walked away.
