Pasadena Burger King restaurant robbed

PASADENA — An armed man pulled off an early morning robbery Saturday at a fast-food restaurant on Fair Oaks Avenue, police said.
A robber entered Burger King, 622 South Fair Oaks Avenue, about 7 a.m., approached a cashier and demanded money, Pasadena police Lt. Diego Torres said.
“He brandished a dark-colored handgun in his waistband,” the lieutenant said.
The robber obtained a little more than $100 and was last seen fleeing on foot, Torres said.
He was described as a black man in his 30s, about 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, wearing a dark baseball cap, a dark long-sleeve shirt or sweater and blue jeans.
