Man robbed along Colima Road in Rowland Heights

ROWLAND HEIGHTS — Two men with a handgun robbed another man of his wallet along Colima Road Tuesday, authorities said.
The victim, a 27-year-old man, was walking in the 18500 block of Colima road just after midnight when he was approached by two robbers, Los Angeles County sheriff’s Lt. John Saleeby said.
One of the robbers brandished a handgun as they demanded the victim’s property, the lieutenant said.
The man turned over his wallet, and the robbers were last seen fleeing the area in a dark-colored, 4-door compact car, Saleeby said.
Anyone with information was asked to call the sheriff’s Walnut-Diamond Bar Station, which provides police services to Rowland Heights.
