ARCADIA — A man was discovered dead in a dental office Friday morning.
Lt. David Smith of the Los Angeles County Department of the Coroner identified the man as a 27-year-old Chino Hills resident. He said the death is being investigated as a suicide.
The man was found by a relative in the rear room of a dental business on North 1st Avenue, according to Smith, who confirmed reports the man had a plastic bag over his head.
Smith didn’t know if the man worked at the business or was a patient. An autopsy is pending.
Lt. Colleen Flores said Arcadia police were called at 11:39 a.m. about a male adult found dead at the location.
