No foul play suspected in death of woman along Green Street in Pasadena

PASADENA — No foul play was suspected in the death of a woman who collapsed along Green Street Saturday, police said.
The woman, who was estimated to be in her 60s, was driving along Green Street between Orange Grove Boulevard and Grand Avenue about 4:50 p.m. when she pulled over, apparently suffering from a medical problem, Pasadena police Lt. Cheryl Moody said.
She exited her car and collapsed, the lieutenant said. Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene.
Authorities kept the area cordoned and shut down a brief section of Green Street as they waited on coroner’s officials to arrive.
