Pasadena resident helps police nab attempted burglary suspect

PASADENA — A Meridith Avenue resident helped police arrest a would-be burglar Saturday, authorities said.
Tiffany Tracy Hall, 31, of Pasadena, was booked on suspicion of attempted burglary following her 4 p.m. arrest, according to Pasadena police and county booking records.
A homeowner in the 100 block of North Meridith Avenue confronted the woman Thursday as she was trying to open a rear door of his house, Pasadena police Lt. Diego Torres said.
The man reported the incident to police, but officers were not able to find her Thursday, he said.
The homeowner spotted the same woman in his neighborhood Saturday afternoon and called police, relaying her location to a dispatcher as he followed her, Torres said. Officers responded and took her into custody.
According to booking records, Hall was being held without bail at the Century Regional Detention Facility pending her initial court appearance.
