PASADENA — A man robbed a woman at gunpoint late Friday along Del Mar Boulevard, authorities said.
A Pasadena woman in her 30s, was walking in the area of Del Mar Boulevard and Catalina Avenue about 10:15 p.m. when she was approached by the robber, who was also on foot, Pasadena police Lt. Diego Torres said.
The man pulled a handgun from his waistband and demanded the woman’s money, Torres said.
The woman handed over about $45, and the robber was last seen running east, he said. No getaway car was seen.
Police described the robber as a Latino man between 30 and 35 years old, heavyset, about 5 feet five inches tall, with short brown hair. He wore a dark gray hooded sweat shirt.
