Man carjacked near home in Norwalk

NORWALK — A man was carjacked of his pickup truck near his home early Sunday, officials said.
The man was loading or unloading items from his pickup truck about 7:30 a.m. as her performed work around his home in the 10900 block of Littchen Street, Los Angeles County sheriff’s Sgt. Don McMinn said. His keys were near the truck.
A carjacker initially described only as male pushed the victim, grabbed his keys and fled with his Nissan Frontier, the sergeant said. The license plate number of the vehicle was not released as deputies continued seeking it Sunday.
No weapon was seen during the crime, McMinn said, and the victim was not injured.
