Man found beaten in Pasadena

PASADENA — A drunken man was beaten by three men late Saturday, police said.
The incident was reported about 10:10 p.m. at mountain Street and Wheeler Lane, Pasadena police Lt. Jason Clawson said.
“He was intoxicated to where he couldn’t give a statement,” Claswon said.”But a witness saw him being chased by three male blacks.”
Officers found the 23-year-old victim on the ground with broken teeth and other injuries, the lieutenant said. He was hospitalized with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
The motive in the attack was not known, Clawson added. It did not appear the victim had been robbed.
Police described the attackers as three male black suspects, one of whom was about 5 feet 5 inches tall and wore is hair in dreadlocks. They were last seen running on Raymond Avenue.
