Parked car struck by gunfire in Pasadena

PASADENA — A parked car was struck by gunfire in an early-morning shooting Saturday, however injuries were reported, police said.
Witnesses reported hearing gunshots about 1:50 a.m. in the area of Glen Avenue and Tremont Street about 1:50 a.m., Pasadena police Lt. Jason Clawson said. But officers found no victims and no signs of a shooting.
But a woman notified police about 9:30 a.m. after she discovered at least one bullet hole in her car, he said.
It was not believed the woman’s car was specifically targeted, the lieutenant said. “It doesn’t appear she’s the intended victim.”
