*UPDATE: The missing person was found safe Thursday night, according to Arcadia police.

ARCADIA — Police asked the public’s help Thursday in finding a missing and possibly suicidal Arcadia woman.
Teruyo Horikawa, 27, was last seen driving her tan, 2005 Hyundai Elantra with a California license plate number of 5LTJ154 within Arcadia about 7:45 a.m., Arcadia police officials said in a written statement.
“Horikawa is bi-polar and possibly suicidal,” according to the police statement.
