EL MONTE >> The community is invited to have a free lunch with El Monte’s new police chief Saturday at Arceo Park.
The meet and greet with El Monte Police Chief David Reynoso, who took over the El Monte Police Department last month, will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the park, 3125 N. Tyler Ave., according to the El Monte Police Officers Association, which is hosting the event.
Free hot dogs, chips and drinks will be provided.
