PASADENA >> A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Washington Boulevard in Pasadena late Wednesday.
Few details were initially available regarding the fatal collision, which took place just before 9:50 p.m. along Washington Boulevard, between Lake Avenue and Prime Court, Pasadena police Lt. John Luna
“The driver remained at the scene,” Luna said.
No arrests had been reported late Wednesday.
The victim, who died at the scene, was initially described only as an adult.
Police shut down both directions of Washington Boulevard between Lake and El Molino avenues as investigators continued working at the scene Wednesday night, Luna said.
No further details were available.
