Home struck by gunfire in Pasadena, no injuries reported


PASADENA >> A teen unleashed a barrage of bullets in a residential neighborhood in Pasadena late Wednesday, piercing the window of an occupied home but injuring no one, police said.
The shooting took place about 8:10 p.m. at Glen Avenue and Pepper Street, Pasadena police Lt. John Luna said.
An unidentified shooter opened fire for unknown reasons, striking a fence, a yard and sending a bullet through the bedroom window of a house in the 200 block of Pepper Street, Luna said.
Three adults were inside the home at the time, but no injuries were reported, the lieutenant said.
Police described the shooter as a teenager. A detailed description was not available. No vehicle was seen.
