Covina police are seeking the public's help in finding this suspect (black shirt) alleged to have stolen a credit card out of a car in the Sacred Heart church parking lot on Sunday. (Screenshot from video).
The surveillance video from Target captured very clear shots of the suspect and his car, a black foreign compact (probably a Honda).
