Worthy gets offer from UCLA; Aiono adds Fresno St. and New Mexico St. to his list …

Whittier Christian defensive lineman Jeff Worthy has been offered a ride by UCLA. Worthy had a strong showing at a recent camp at UCLA, so this should come as no surprise. Worthy has offers from Nebraska and SMU.

South Hills lineman Siosi Aiono can add two more schools to his list of suitors. Fresno State and New Mexico St. are the latest to want Aiono’s services, and they join a list that includes BYU, Hawaii and San Jose St.

  • maybe i’m wrong but

Didn’t this kid start his career at Los Altos?

  • Who didn’t start their career at Los Altos?

  • mixed up

The South Hills kid Aiono. Maybe I’m mixed up.

Are you kidding me… why does everyone bring up Los Altos! Los Altos had
NOTHING to do with how Siaosi plays football or what he has accomplished.
They almost ruined Aiono… falsifying his school records to prevent him from playing. False information to CIF… Los Altos is a joke… under Gano, Ex Principal Robers… those
men should all be ashamed of them selves.. for what they did. Wht a joke. Leaving Los Altos was the best thing we could of ever done for our son. He was only there half of freshman year… under coach Booth… who by the way was the only one at Los Altos who taught Siaosi how to play football. All credit to coach Booth.
