    Did they have pads on??

    Did they tackle??

  • Saladdays,

No sir, they did not have pads on. But it’s not everyday and SGV team plays or beats a state champ in a passing game. So, I thought I’d mention it.

What A.I. thinks of your article,

We’re sitting here, and your supposed to get us ready for the season, and we’re talking about passing league. I mean listen, we’re sitting here talking about passing league, not a game, not a game, not a game, but we’re talking about passing league. Not the game that I go out there and die for and play every game last it’s my last but we’re talking about passing league man. How silly is that?

    Hey TossedSalad!
Relax littleman…You’ll get yours someday. For now, focus on your grammar! Its passing league season, morons! What else is the Tribune suppose to report? Another Amat player quits Football? That’s next week. Muir wants more respect? Boring! Bonita still wants the smidget game to be #1? Boring!
Relax…The hitting is coming soon enough!

  • So…..

I thought CO was considered an ELITE team, this shouldn’t WOW anyone. It does WOW Aram though, because CO isn’t an ELITE team. Kind of weird how sometimes you’re considered the best and other times you’re not?! Oh well, only a couple more weeks until the season starts!!! GOOD LUCK Y’ALL!

Someone please wake me up when the real season starts. All these passing leagues are way out of control. I have seen or heard of way to many kids getting hurt during these leagues. I have personally seen way to many cheap shots this summer. The head hunting, forarm shots, low bridges, and dirty play was way out of control. Some coaches jumped on their players for such play. But I also saw coaches condone such play. Yea it’s football. You are suppose to be aggressive and tough. But where do we draw the line? I personally know of players that had to be airlifted to the hospital. Stitches to the head, Concussions, Blown out knees. It would be a shame for a player to miss the real season because of an un-necessary cheap shop by someone trying to intimidate someone.
