    Amat opened it up tonight. Lancers had Rio Ruiz throwing about 25 pass attempts and got the victory. Amat did what was necessary to beat the Celts. Took advantage of turnovers. I DID NOT believe the Amat coaching staff would put the ball in “9s” hands.

    Appears that Amat’s lanky WR was phased out due to the lack of speed. He is TALL but not quick. The Lancers had other receivers (speedy) involved in this game and were able to push the passing game vertically. This opened things up underneath for short passes.

    My hat off to the Lancers. Glad you proved me wrong.
    Now next weeks Cubs vs Lancers game becomes even more intense.

Amat went running clock on La Mirada who shut out 6-1 La Serna who beat Bonita.san Dimas and Los Altos couldn’t beat Bonita!. We know West Covina can’t hang with Pac 5 schools and ChOak hasn’t won a step up game in a decade and celebrates ties and close losses against better teams. That’s what’s embarrasing
